To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of
$257,000.00 for the purchase of a road grader for the Highway Department,
and to authorize the selectmen to trade in or sell the current road grader, and
to authorize the issuance of not more than $257,000.00 in bonds or notes in
accordance with the provisions of the Municipal Finance Act (RSA 33) and to
authorize the municipal officials to issue and negotiate such bonds or notes and
to determine the rate of interest thereon. (2/3 Ballot vote required - 67%). (Selectmen recommend)

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of
$75,000.00 to refurbish the Highway Department Road Grader.

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of
Twenty Five Thousand Two Hundred dollars ($25,200.00) to replace the
Municipal Building Roof.
Ammended to read:
To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of
Twenty Five Thousand Two Hundred dollars ($25,200.00) to replace the
Municipal Building Roof. A negative vote on this article shall not
preclude the acceptance and use of grant funds obtained by the town for emergency
conservation or other reasons that would result in replacing all or part of the
municipal building roof at no additional cost to the town.

Article 9:

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of Five
Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($5,500.00) to replace the east and south facing
sections of the roof on the Mansfield Library.

To see if the Town of Temple shall vote to move the dates for all
Capital Improvement Program expenditures ahead one calendar year, effectively
cancelling any Capital Expenses in the year 2009.

Article 11:

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of
Seventy Thousand dollars ($70,000.00) for the clean-up of roadside debris
caused by the December 2008 Ice Storm, and to authorize the selectmen to
accept and expend grants of federal or state aid, or both, as may be available and
to do all things necessary to carry out the purposes of this appropriation.

Article 12:

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of
Thirty Thousand dollars ($30,000.00) for Temple�s 20% contribution to the cost
of a new ambulance for the Wilton Ambulance.

Article 13:

To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Board of Selectmen
to convey to the Monadnock Conservancy, or such other qualified non-profit
conservation organization, a perpetual conservation easement relative to the
property known as the Chris Weston Conservation Area, also known as Map
2, Lots 41, 41-1 and 41-2 as shown on the Town of Temple Tax Maps, on such
terms and conditions as the Selectmen deem appropriate provided, however,
that, at a minimum, such conditions shall include that said easement would be
perpetual, would run with the land, would prohibit any future development of
said tracts, insure that said tracts would only be used for conservation purposes,
and also insure that the tracts would be available for public access.

Article 14:

To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of
One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) to support the Hillsborough County Child
Advocacy program. This expenditure would become part of the budget in
subsequent years.

To see if the Town of Temple shall vote to order the Selectmen
to never spend the tax payers money on legal consultation or any other legal
matter unless at least two selectmen have agreed to do so at a posted
selectmen�s meeting.
